Complete Stationary Latvia

The complete stationary for latvia needs to appeal to both the corporate side of the brand and the potential tourist side.. the print process will allow me to do this..


Bus Card



Here you can see the development for the two logos i am going to develop as the stationary. i will then pick one to develop.. i am currently thinking the simplicity of the complete image in the corners will create a a consistent yet, visually interesting  outcome. especially if i decide to use foil on the logo. 
The typographic layout on the back of the business card is simplistic and easily readable. using the same pantone orange to highlight the website will add to the visually constancy of the stationary.  i will now look at developing a letter head. 


front of the letter head here i think creates a strong image.. would be nice to replicate this over the back of the the letter head.. which will be done in orange foil.. the type layout of the information follows the same kind od of layout as the bus card.. this will create a visual consistency. 


The back of the letter head again is more interesting with this application of the logo.


Complete set allows you to see how the the set would work next to eachother.. i have got the sizing wrong in the case of the the back of the letterhead. 


The visual strength of the this design is simplicity and i think it matches the correct tone of voice of the latvian tourist board.. keeping a constant layout of typography again to match the bus card. 

The back again is simple and this aplication will be much more reliant on the quality of print to be successful.. 


Complete set.. i like the way that this oppressive image would work across all the stationary.. would leave a strong brand identity image. I will continue to work both the the identities although i am moving towards preferring the the more simplistic of the two, especially for the corporate side of this brief. 





The two envelopes follow the same type layout.. i however i do think in this case the larger of the two logos creates a more visually interesting image... the type used through out the stationary is arial.. this gives the unbiased however corporate image i think the stationary needs.



aplicaation on a personalised cd case will help add to the corporate image of the brand.. 




folder again adds to the corporate image of the of the set. I have decided to use the the complete image as the promoting feature of the logo.. as i think there is more strength in its identity.. due to it being more recognisable as a whole image.. i will continue to develop the other logo however.. 



Promotional flyer.. that would be on the desk of some one working for the tourist board.. for people people to pick up.. the imagery are therefore the strongest aspect of the flyer.. the promotion of latvia as an adventures paradise is crucial in the success of the identity i am creating.. this is so due to its geographically diverse environment. the use of colour in these flyers will be crucial.. i like the way the logo could be applies as a kind of tag onto things..

here you can see the first of the stationary sets.. the orange allows you see how the orange card will work in creating a stronger identity.. adding to the familiarity of the brand to the potential tourist of latvia.. the colour also hold routes in the identity of the country, due to the export of amber. The type facing an orange highlight to web etc also adds to the strength of the visuals.. foiling the logo.. will also add to the strength of the identity.. how is this impracticable for a tourist board? The imagery on the promotion will also add to the the strength of the visuals when the photography staged is reached. 

Stationary 2





this is my chosen stationary to create.. due the visual constancy of the alliterating logos. Which strengths the familiarity of the brand as a whole.. it also adds a sense of legitimacy to the brand.. which can only have a positive effect on the tourist aspect of it. I will have to be carful to to move to far way from the USP of latvia that of being a geographically diverse place and therefore perfect for adventure holidays which is how i will promote it.  i will now make the stationary.. and focus on the print process i am going to add a foil to the logo on the orange card.. as well as being visually appealing this will help to identity the brand as well as playing of the strap line of redefining adventure.. the reference of the golf foil is in defining.. a gold is foil will give that definition.. and strength.. something that redefining suggests.
