Speaking from Experience-initial thoughts

For this project we have been asked to develop a product that will inform the freshers next year of our chosen problem, that we encountered on arrival at LCA.
what i wanted to do was to pick a problem, that everyone would encounter who start next year, but approach it in a different manner to the rest of the people in my group.  Below are some of my initial thoughts, on trying to rationalise a problem.

What was really crucial was to pick a problem that was universal. I decided to begin developing ideas on  dealing with the problem of the heavy work load on the course.
