Anamorphic Letter Form

Taking inspiration from the channel four adds we were asked to produce a letter form. This shows what appears to be random objects converging at certain points, to produce legible letter form. Our group of four decided to chose the letter R. We began by splitting to R into Three segments and re creating them in 3D. we chose segments that by themselves have no resemblance of the letter. We then hung them from the ceiling at different points. As you can see when we moved a camera in a rotation around the hanging segments, they then became legible.
